These workshops blend Expressive Arts Therapy practices with the creation of personal mandalas to explore inner psychic realms. All are welcome to explore creative instincts and make contact with authentic expressions of ourselves.

Samuel is a certified Expressive Arts Therapist from Langara College. He completed his practicum work through the Kettle Society on the Vancouver Eastside and Tupper Secondary School. His practicum work ranging from children to seniors equipped Sam with a vast range of tools for self and creative exploration and facilitation. Currently he is working as an Expressive Arts Therapist at elementary schools in Surrey. Since early childhood Sam has found it natural to be creative through visual arts and most significantly through music. This creative instinct has ignited within Sam a strong passion to share his creative expression with others through performing, teaching and service. As therapist, Sam focuses on self-discovery, existentialism, liberating playfulness, cultivating authenticity and full creative expression. Blending Expressive Arts Therapy methods with Buddhist perspective and attitudes on life, Sam’s strong intention is to benefit others through the inherent and natural instinct to create.
